Sober Coaching

At Alpine Recovery, our sober coaching program is designed to provide individuals with the resources and support they need to build a healthy lifestyle in recovery. A healthy lifestyle starts with healthy habits; helping our clients establish healthy habits is a focal point of our coaching program. Recovery is built around connection and accountability; our program offers individuals an opportunity to flourish in their recovery and achieve their goals.

How does sober coaching work?

  • Clients meet in-person or virtually with a recovery coach once or twice a week for 50 minute sessions 
  • Coaches provide life and recovery skill coaching by addressing their clients’ real life situations 
  • Coaches offer text and call support throughout the week to help hold the client accountable to reach their goals
  • Coaches are available for emergency calls
